A round trip through Colombia starting in Bogota, driving south to Desierto de la Tatacoa, then visiting the graves of San Agustìn and Tierradentro. Crossing the Sierra Nevada going east to the white city of Popayan, then to the coffee region of Filandia with its popular hike through the world’s tallest palmtrees in Valle de Corora. Cutting around Medellin heading straight to the jungle of San Rafael and the well known El Penhol in Guatape. Rounding the trip with a visit to beautiful Barichara and a quick stop in Villa de Leyva. Spending the last days hiking the striking Páramo over 4000 meters near Lago de Tota, the planet’s highest white sand beach.
